Q: How do I check my order status?

A: If you have an account simply sign in and click "View Order Status". If you don't have an account and would like to check your order status please contact us at info@migliojewelryusa.com

Q: Why won't my credit card work?

A: Usually this is due a mismatch in the billing information with your bank. Make sure that the billing address you have entered matches what is on your credit card statement. If that doesn't work, and you have verified with your bank that everything is OK with your card, then contact customer service for assistance.

Q: I have an international order and my credit card isn't working.

A: The system in which we process payments sometimes has a bit of a hang up with international orders. The error code they are giving us indicates a billing address mismatch. This is usually resolved by entering the city name in the state field as well as the city field. You can also choose to check out with PayPal which has a much easier time processing international cards. If the problem persists please contact customer service for assistance.

Q: How do I get my tracking number?

A: When your order ships, our system automatically generates an email to you with your tracking number. This is not the case with exchanges we ship out, but we strive to manually send an email to you with your new tracking number. If you have not received an email, please check your spam and be sure to add info@migliojewelryusa.com to your safe sender list. If you still can't locate your email, then contact customer service for assistance.

Q: What should I do if my package doesn't arrive after it's been shipped?

A: Miglio Jewelry USA is not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse. A tracking number is assigned to your order. Please contact the chosen carrier (if not otherwise specified your carrier will be USPS) to file a claim. If you have any concerns about your package being delivered safely, we recommend selecting either signature required or an insured shipping method.

Q: Will my package ship secure and discreet?

A: Yes, all orders are shipped in plain packages provided by our carriers. The return address will state Miglio Jewelry USA.
