Returns & Exchanges:

30 Day Returns

For online orders, you may return any item within 30 days of purchase. The item/s must be in its original condition and accompanied by all the original packaging, tags, proof of purchase and completed return form accompanies your items on their journey back to us. We will refund you (minus shipping) in the same method you paid, providing all is in order.

Please note that any abuse of this valuable warranty will be considered in a very serious light. Return policy is subject to change at the discretion of Miglio USA, LLC.

Warranty

Miglio USA, LLC will provide a 180 day workmanship guarantee on Miglio jewelry against damage due to manufacturers' defects. It will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you. For those items that have been dearly loved and suffered normal wear and tear or are beyond the 180 day warranty period we will repair them as best as possible and advise you of the charges.

Key guidelines for repair of items outside of the 180 day workmanship guarantee:

  • Please take a picture of the said "loved" item and submit it to info@migliojewelryusa.com You will be contacted within 10 business days with a repair estimate
  • You will have 10 business days in which to respond to the email estimate
  • No repairs will be authorized unless pre-paid for
  • Once the item for repair has been received and paid for, please allow 15 business days for the repair and return of the items
  • All returns/repairs will be sent back via standard postage

If you would like to send your item in for repair, please use durable packaging and mail via a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or the US postal service with delivery confirmation to the address below.

Please note, Miglio Jewelry USA will not warranty any Miglio item that is not purchased with a valid invoice/receipt from Miglio Jewelry USA. Please note that the decision to repair or replace is at the discretion of Miglio Jewelry USA and neither the wholesaler nor the customer may demand a replacement.

Shipment errors & damaged products

In the unlikely event that you received the wrong item or the item(s) you received was damaged in any way, please contact our customer service department within 7 days to let us know about the issue so we can make it right.

Special Items, Return Restrictions & Promotions

All clearance, discontinued and final closeout merchandise is final sale and non-refundable. One exchange may be permitted with prior authorization provided the desired item is still in stock and all other requirements are met. You will be required to pay for shipping both ways if an exchange is permitted. Please call customer service for authorization. Promotions & Discounts: Please note: If your order qualified for a discount or promotion (including a "Free Shipping" promotion), and you return a portion of your order, you may be responsible for the original shipping charges and/or have the discount deducted from your refund. If, after a return, your paid merchandise total is below the promotional minimum specified, you will be refunded the purchase price of the returned item(s) less any discounts or shipping fees.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds are issued in the same manner as payment was received. Please allow 2 weeks to process the refund. We regret that we are unable to issue a refund for shipping charges regardless of circumstances once the order has been shipped.

Our standard method of shipping is via USPS and a flat rate fee of $7.00 is applied.

Same Day Shipping

We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. We do not guarantee that your items will ship the same day, however, we strive to ship same day on all orders placed before 3:00 pm Pacific Time.

Special Orders

Should you require specialized shipping, we will certainly do what we can to assist you by using the appropriate carriers - FedEx or UPS.

Shipping Policies

Most orders will ship from our Washington Warehouse, in plain sturdy packaging. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We provide estimates based on information from our carriers. FedEx guarantees delivery date after the item is ship. Due to circumstances out of our control, we cannot guarantee transit times for international orders. Please be advised that many countries will charge a tax or duty on products coming in from the U.S. Check with your local customs department for information. International orders can only be tracked until they leave the US unless you pay for express or insured shipping methods.

Apartment Policy

We recommend Signature Required Delivery for all residents of apartments. Due to security and delivery issues with the USPS and apartment units and complexes that are outside of our control, we have added signature required delivery options to all domestic shipping methods. If you as an apartment dweller elect to ship without Signature Required Delivery, we are unable to re-ship your package in the event your package was not received as addressed.
